Instant Analysis
Upload your microscopy images and get detailed fibril detection results in seconds.
Cloud-Based
No installation required—access your analyses from anywhere. All computation runs on our servers, so you always get the latest improvements without updating anything locally.
Secure & Compliant
Your data is protected with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Consent is explicitly managed, and access is role-restricted with audit logging to ensure accountability.
Pricing / Deposit
You can try our service for free with 1 image. After that, a 50฿ deposit per image is required before analysis. The deposit is deducted per image processed, and your balance is visible in your profile.

Upload microscopy images (JPEG, PNG, TIFF) via our web interface. You can select multiple images at once and preview
them below using the carousel.
For best results, images should be exactly 1080×1920 pixels and captured at 10×
magnification.
- Smaller images (e.g., 480p) are accepted, but slight display deviations may occur.
- Larger images will be automatically cropped to the center 1080×1920 region.
Images to Avoid
The following types of images may cause processing errors or inaccurate results and should be avoided:
- Non-10× microscopy images (e.g., x5, x40)
- Blurry or out-of-focus captures
- Excessive noise or JPEG compression artifacts
The fibril detection in this image is incorrect due to two key issues. First, the background contains noise patterns that closely resemble fibrils in shape and texture, especially near actual fiber structures, leading to false detections. Second, the image is blurry and out of focus, which reduces contrast and sharpness, making it difficult for the algorithm to distinguish real fibrils from the background. These combined factors significantly impact detection accuracy.
